Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available all over Pakistan.

How long does delivery take?

Usually 2–4 working days after dispatch. You will receive your order number by email/SMS, and you can track it on our Track Order page.

How much is delivery?

Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Orders above our free-delivery amount ship free.

Can I return a product?

Yes – please see our Returns & Exchanges page. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Are your toys safe for my child?

Each product shows a recommended age. Please follow the age guidance and supervise young children, especially with small parts.
